The U16 team will be practicing from 1:00 - 3:00 on Saturday (6 June) at Carroll Community College.
The U15 team will be practicing from 6:00-8:00pm on Sunday (7 June) at Friendship Valley Elementry

The 2009 High School Summer Sticks Lacrosse League is now accepting applications. We will be capping the league at 24 teams, please send in your registration.

The CMD LAX U18 team has changed its format for 2009.
With the new rule, effective this year, where HS coaches can coach their team over the summer; has allowed us to modify how we run our program. As you know, our coaching staff is mostly made up of county HS coaches. After discussing with several of the coaches, about the U18 players, we decided to run a CMD league this summer. We are still working out the details and as soon as they are firm, I will post this on the website.
We have verbal commitment from several of the county HS coaches to bring a team. We are hoping the remaining teams will participate as well. We are also soliciting Frederick and Howard County schools to participate. We are looking at having at least 12 teams to play games during the week (Tues and Thurs) in the Westminster area. We are still committed to exposing our players to college recruits, so from this league, we will be picking 1 to 2 all star teams to attend the STX LaxWorld Invitational at McDaniel College and probably Summer Sizzle.
With this format, we feel that players and coaches will be happy and if a player wants to play for out U16 (if eligible) or at another club, they can do this as well. Most clubs have off on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Any feedback you may have is welcome and encouraged. We want to provide the best for our players.
We will still field a U13, U15, and U16 team (and adding two U11 teams this year).
